Today I woke up and had a little panic as the 6 week sober school came to an end yesterday! For 6 weeks I have spent an hour in the mornings going through the lessons. Today I decided to go for a walk. Nothing unusual about that… To most people… But I have been saying this for half my life. Today I did it. I took my trainers for a walk and it was lovely. Even though it rained!
