So.. going forward I am now aiming for 200 days alcohol free (I know deep down it’s forever but I’ll never see forever as that ends when my times up lol.
Still loving my sugar free ginger beer drinks. But I’ve got to make a real effort now to ditch the sweets. I’m. Finding my stomach feels bloated and my waistline is a bit bigger!
Let’s hope Tuesday I can post a more positive post regarding sweets!
Well that ginger beer looks refreshing! All that fresh mint and the orange slices. I haven’t had too much luck on sugar free treats, but just had a Bundaberg – Guava sparkling soda, yum!
