Oh my day 115! I never thought I would even get to day 15! So the differences are massive! Especially the fractious cravings which I thought I woukd never get a grip of have been replaced with very minor cravings.
Today I resisted the urge to buy sweets. Still had tea and cake out but no sweets. #chocolatecake
