Day 2006 = almost 5 ½ years
Thinking about how different I feel today, 3rd October 22 compared to 3rd April 2017. Way back then when I joined the soberschool. At the time I had convinced myself I would never be able to stop drinking. It just wasn't going to happen to me. How was reading about not drinking actually going to… Continue reading Day 2006 = almost 5 ½ years

Last week I decided to sort out my sugar addiction. I no longer have cravings for alcohol 🙌 but I do eat and crave way way too much sugar! Chocolate, crisps (kids sweets) not actually take them from kids but the kids variety (dolly mixtures, moaom etc) and the chocolate bar sizes were increasing as… Continue reading Day 1262 = (3 yrs, 5½ mths)
Day 1237 – am
A typical morning for me.. Everyday at 5.30am My birman boy cat stands outside my bedroom door and in his most girlie meeoww whines.. A continuous whine.. Short bursts of exactly the same noise for at least 5 minutes. Then goes quiet.. Probably because I have shouted shush! But once my eyelids droop he's off… Continue reading Day 1237 – am
