AM: Saturday – Day 86

Well I’m still here. Haven’t posted in ages as work has been hectic, life has been hectic, even the cats have been hectic! But then they always are. 

Alcohol free living 

I still can’t believe that I have not had a drink for 86 days! It’s remarkable. I feel so much better (except for the headache I have woken up to caused by too many sweets last night) who would have thought there was such a thing as a sweet hangover! 

Cats

Talking of the cats, they are now allowed to roam free at night (which really means free reign  to completely take over my bed while I am in it) I woke up with about an inch square of bed space and the cats were sprawled out snoring! But they are lovely and 11 months now. 

 Slimming-World 

Well the diet is still not going to plan as I’m eating too many sweets and I’m hoping that this silly craving will end soon. Still I’m 2 stone lighter than I was 2 years ago which is good.
